About the service
Happy Giving is a free service operated by Houston IT Developers LLC, a Texas limited liability company. It helps groups organize gift exchanges: invites, wishlists, a secret draw, a gift-day game and a keepsake.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older to create an account. Children under 13 may take part only as managed members created and controlled by a parent or another adult, who is responsible for that profile.
Your account
Keep your sign-in access private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, wishlists and other content you add. You give us permission to store and show it to the members of your exchanges so the service works. Only upload content you have the right to share, and never upload anything unlawful, hateful or harassing.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to harass, impersonate or harm anyone.
- Do not try to learn pairings you are not allowed to see, or attack or overload the service.
- Do not use the service for spam or for anything unlawful.
Reports and removal
You can report content or block a person from within the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Gifts and purchases
Gifts are bought from third-party stores and are between you and the store. Happy Giving does not sell products, take payments or guarantee any purchase, price or delivery. Prices and availability can change.

Some store links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. See the affiliate disclosure.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limits on liability
To the extent allowed by law, Houston IT Developers LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for gifts that are not bought, not delivered or not liked. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Ending your use
You can stop using Happy Giving and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
